Temple High is one of the schools selected to perform a Marathon Play during the 2019 Texas Thespian Convention November 21-23 in Grapevine. The play will be an edited version of the play Wilderness that Temple performed at Meridith-Dunbar Auditorium in October.
Temple had to submit a 10-minute video preview of the show to be eligible for judging. The school will have 10 minutes to set-up, 40 minutes to perform and 10 minutes to strike. This annual convention is attended by over 8000 students and teachers. Temple performs Saturday, November 23, at 8:30 AM in Room Texas C, which is located on Level 3 of the convention center. The seating capacity of the room is 474.
